Only 5 meters away from the property to the beach. The penthouse, newly completely renovated, is decorated in a sensational way. It consists of a bedroom (overlooking the sea and with direct access to the private terrace overlooking the sea), fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, electric stove, toaster, water heater, coffee maker .... etc), living room with sea views and also with direct access to the private terrace with sea views, fully equipped bathroom, and a wonderful terrace of 24 square meters with the best views of the entire beach and bay from Gran Tarajal. I assure you that you will not find a better place than Ocean View Penthouse II on the beach of Gran Tarajal.

Wonderful relaxing holiday.
We have stayed in many places all over Fuerteventura for over 30 yrs. We stayed for 4weeks over Xmas 2018 and Antonio’s apartment is by far the best place we have stayed. We loved the laid back atmosphere of Gran Tarajal.The apartment is clean modern and tidy with all the basic amenities. Everything was to a very good standard. Comfy bed,good shower,fast internet and a fantastic air conditioning unit in lounge and bedroom. The outside space has a dining table and chairs,umbrella and two sun beds and is very private.The view is amazing from amazing sunrises,to watching people on the beach,to seeing over to the harbour.a real sun trap. We have no negatives to say about this apartment and we have already booked for may 19. The photos you see are very accurate. Your car is parked in a private car park a few steps away from apartment.Please note there are stairs to climb ( you wouldn’t get the view otherwise) Antonio carries your cases up and down for you. There are two very good local supermarkets within walking distance and lots of yummy patisseries, pharmacy and bank also close by. Lovely promenade with cafes, a small market place and a lovely stroll along to the harbour. Gran Tarajal is also very easy to drive from to other places and is signposted well. Thankyou Antonio for our wonderful stay and we will see you soon.

Traumhafte Lage
Wir können uns nur den vorhergehenden Bewertungen anschließen. Das Appartement ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und zuhause in diesem Appartement. Ganz sicher eine sehr gute Adresse für jeden, der in einem größeren Ort, sehr Zentral auf der Inseln und abseits des Tourismus Urlaub machen möchte. Empfehlen können wir unter anderem die Cofradia in der frischer Fisch mit einem guten Wein (z.B. dem Rubicon von Lanzarote) serviert wird. Da Gran Tarajal sehr zentral liegt sind viele interessante Ziel mit dem Mietwagen schnell erreichbar, wie die Sotavento Strände, Vega de Rio Palmas (Wanderung durch den Barranco de los Penitas), Betancuria oder Ajuy mit einem der atemberaubensten Westküstenabschnitte. Besonderes zu erwähnen ist die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters Antonio. Antonio, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit auf Fuerteventura!

De locatie is geweldig, prachtig zicht, zalig terras, leuke ontvangst, alles proper. verbeterpunten betreffende het appartement: er was niets achtergelaten van vorige huurders om mee te koken zoals kruiden, olijfolie, pasta, koffie etc. Daarnaast was het bed ook redelijk hard en de verlichting heel ongezellig wit licht.

Appartement impeccable
Appartement modernisé, bien équipé, très propre et conforme aux photos. L'accueil par Antonio est excellent et la communication est parfaite. Les points forts sont sa large terrasse bien exposée et face à la mer, la climatisation, la mise à disposition du linge de lit et draps, la propreté et la présence d'un emplacement de parking privé. Les défis à relever seraient une literie un peu plus confortable, quelques chaines internationales sur le poste de télévision (il n'y a que des chaines espagnoles) et la mise à disposition d'un aspirateur. Gran Tarajal est une station assez peu touristique, agréable mais très dynamique. Nous avons séjourné durant la "semaine de la jeunesse" avec concerts et animations. Si vous recherchez un calme absolu pour vos vacances, renseignez-vous avant de partir. La résidence, elle, est très calme. La localisation permet de sillonner afin de visiter l'ensemble de l'île.

Perfektes Apartment für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub
Schickes, modern eingerichtetes Apartment, das nur 5 Meter vom Strand entfernt ist. Das Highlight ist der großzügig geschnittene Balkon mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Ein Esstisch und Liegen laden zum dauerhaften Verweilen ein. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist auf neuestem Stand. Uns hat sehr gefallen, dass Gran Tarajal ist ein belebter aber wenig touristischer Ort ist. Neben zahlreichen Restaurants, die regionale Köstlichkeiten anbieten, sind auch zwei größere Kaufhallen mit einem breiten Sortiment vorhanden, so dass es an lukullischen Angeboten keinen Mangel hat. Der Strand selbst besteht aus feinem, dunklen Sand. Durch die Lage in einer Bucht ist der Wellengang meist eher schwach. Der Ort ist an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr angeschlossen mit dem sich weite Teile der Insel erreichen lassen. Der Gastgeber, Antonio, kümmert sich aufmerksam und unkompliziert um alle Details und hat uns somit einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub bereitet.
