The email that we received with instructions was garbled. We had some anxious moments locating and getting in to the property. Very adequate for a two night stay. "

The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. "What a wonderful property!!! Tucked away in Beth and Milo's backyard, next to the pool and spa, this is a comfortable, quiet little oasis. If you enjoy meeting property hosts, you will really enjoy staying here. Milo was the host with the most! He gave us amazing recommendations for food close by, prepared the spa for us and sent us on our way with fresh-picked oranges. A very memorable experience indeed!"

"I hesitate to give this 5 stars because I want it always open for my family trips. But it’s perfect for a small group. Close to everything in the valley. Great neighborhood, easy access to the highways. Can walk or get a ride anywhere in the area. Clean, great setup, great view. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in."

I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus...

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
