This is an incredible opportunity to live in private luxury, instead of just staying in a hotel.

Imagine drinking your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from a balcony that overlooks Tulsa. Four of the five bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas get the first orange glow of the morning light and a breathtaking view of the sunrise. If you are not a morning person you may become one. This estate is not located in a neighborhood, but has 3 acres of gated privacy with the convenience of being at 85th and Sheridan. This is in the heart of south Tulsa so you have access to everything from Restaurants, Malls and Casinos to Movie Theaters, Aquarium and Museums within a 10 minute drive.

Need more convincing? Really? How about your own Private Outdoor Heated Swimming pool, or your own private pond with Gazebo, or your own Basket Ball court, or your own Movie theater room with 150 inch screen and 7.1 state of the art Surround Sound system (XBOX also hooked up to the theater). The Heated pool is open year long but the water can only be warm as long as the overnight temperatures remain over 45 degrees, which is usually from March 15th to November 1st. If it is snowing on March 15th the pool will be open but the heater will not be able to keep the water at 85 degrees because physics.

Family Christmas

We had to delay Christmas this year and needed a central location to meet. Eight adults and six children (ages 10 to 15). Number and size of bedrooms was perfect for us, need six bedrooms. Lots of open space on ground floor, children enjoyed the pond and paddle boat. Close to mall and restaurants. The bunkbeds need repair some screws missing and it is wabble. The family enjoyed the house,

What a cool place!

Just as described only better. This mansion was overkill for our family of four but wanted a cool place to relax and it did not disappoint! It’s an older house so you have to expect a few imperfections but overall one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The kids loved it from top to bottom. The theater room was the big hit for sure! Nothing like watching some Christmas movies on a massive 150” projector! Will stay again if ever back in Tulsa! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great location, needs a lot of work

The house is beautiful and it accommodated my 15 family members. It is located in a great area where everything is within minutes away. The owner and property manager were very nice and made sure that the items that we had issues with were addressed. One issue we had is that the house is in need of ALOT of repair, but those things did not hinder anything. Other then that, we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Golf Getaway

An incredible house to host the guys for a long weekend. Everything working as advertised from the pool, to the whole-house surround sound, to the impressive home cinema. Owner was quick to respond for an easy and enjoyable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book for another round.

Great Place

Very nice place. Great Location. Wished there was more towels and extra blankets. Would definitely choose this place again. Would get blue tooth and theatre room figured out early on during our stay next time.

Great Family Time

The home had all the bedrooms we needed and bathrooms were sufficient. The theatre room was enjoyed by the young kiddos and the projector in the master bedroom was a nice surprise. We all had a lovely time.

Beautiful home - great for large groups!

It's rare for our group to be able to get together at the same time, and weddings are usually the best opportunity. This house felt like home, and our stay was extremely comfortable! Our stay at The Columns was amazing, and I can't advocate enough for the experience! Shrikant's communication was always prompt, and he always made sure that we had what we needed.

A Christmas to Remember!!!

The house was perfect for our family Christmas SLUMBER party. The owner met us for a walk through prior to our visit. The home provided us with the space to celebrate and enjoy each other. Excellent Accommodations!

We had a wonderful time at this property celebrating a family birthday. Everything was ready for our family and extended family to move in for the weekend. We especially enjoyed the theater room, basketball court, ping pong table and arcade games. This beautiful and spacious home has stunning views of South Tulsa at night. The owner was swift to reply to any of our needs. If we ever have a large family gathering again, we would not hesitate to reserve this home again.

Beautiful House but with Quirks

The house is beautiful. The owner is very quick to respond and amazing! Pool was great for all ages! Theater room was a huge hit!!!! On the quirky side- Only half of the outlets work in the house, which was inconvenient as we were getting ready for a wedding and cooking meals daily. A pullout bed was broken but we just made a bed on the floor for the kids. Overall a great house for a lot of people.

My wife and I, two adult sons and their wives, my wife's sister and three adult kids were in town for two nights for a wedding. We wish we could have stayed longer in Tulsa and this house. It is am amazing house with room for several families. The pool was warm, but the weather was not, several enjoyed it anyway! We needed one more day/ night to enjoy the theater. Large Family Christmas

We had a great time! Plenty of space (6 families- 19 people). Loved that there were big tables for all to eat together. LOVED having the fire place and porches to sit around and visit. Had such a fun Grinch Night and wrapped it up watching the movie up in the theater room with popcorn. Kids had a lot of fun down on the basketball court too. Could have used a few more blankets/ bedding ( for sofa beds) and we had to be creative in the kitchen to get some things done but we did get everything prepared! We would love to go back when we could use the pool and the grill!! We had a wonderful time!

We had fun despite a few issues

Everything was fine except that there were almost no towels in the house. The listing also mentioned 2 bunk beds (4 individual beds) that weren’t actually in the house so a few of our group slept on the floor.

The property was very spacious giving a large number of people plenty of space!

We have a large family and we easily fit into the home with plenty of space for freedom to have fun together and quiet time alone. We set up a volleyball net, played plenty of basketball, went swimming a lot, and went to a water park 10 minutes a way, Mall 10 minutes away, & groceries 2 minutes away. Everything was right there BUT It felt like we were completely sucluded from town! The view was beautiful from the second floor patio and it was great rocking on the front porch patio chairs! Minor issues with upkeep but owner was more then willing to address anything necessary.

Great place for large groups

When traveling with a large group, this property is an excellent fit. There were 10 adults & 12 kids in our group and this house accomodated all of us really well with beds (of some sort) for everyone. There is one Jack & Jill bathroom so keep that in mind - two of our couples shared this bathroom. The HVAC was having trouble keeping the upstairs cool but the weather was somewhat mild so we were ok. The kids swam in the pool and loved the game room & theatre room. The kitchen was very functional for our group and we had plenty of places to sit & eat utilizing the large dining table, the informal dining table and the four barstools. All in all, we had a great time. Thank you to the owner for your quick correspondence as well!

Tired property

The property needs some love and care from top to bottom. Built into side of hill so pool is not easily accessible particularly for elderly guests. Pictures show bunk beds that are not there and no curtains on window in game room either. AC on third level theatre room unable to cool. It is a nice sized property for large groups, but need some serious updating for the rates charged.
