We are a dog-friendly home! We allow one dog per stay with a $100 pet fee (plus tax), which covers deep cleaning and ozone treatments to ensure the home remains allergen-free for future guests. Perfect Home Away From Home for Family

This house was perfect for our three-generation family get-together. We loved the spacious kitchen and great room. Hanging out on the patio around the firepit on cool evenings was most enjoyable! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this house and we would absolutely stay here again.

This house was perfect for us! Lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment close by. The house had everything we needed. We especially loved the firepit and the putting green. The owners were very responsive.

Beautiful Home for Family to Gather

We were in town with family for a baby shower. The house was fabulous!!!! We brought dinner in one night. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. We really enjoyed hanging out in the back yard. I highly recommend this home!!!

Brookside Birdie is Beautiful

We stayed in this house for the Thanksgiving holidays. Initially we planned on our adult kids and grandkids but due to illness, ultimately only my husband and I stayed in the house. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The house was clean, had a great layout, and plenty of room. We loved having all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and personally, I do not want a house without a washer and dryer, and this house had a great laundry room. The back patio was perfect and the yard perfectly maintained. My husband’s Tundra even fit in the garage, which was great. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. And the house manager was awesome; communication was easy and responses were fast. Plus the neighborhood was great and had plenty of grocery and restaurant options. Honestly, if I could build a house with this floor plan, I’d be thrilled! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Family Fun Time

Three generations stayed at this home for four nights and had a great time. The backyard is gorgeous. The kitchen is roomy and the beds and couches are comfy.

Our stay at this property was very pleasant. The host was very accommodating and friendly. She was very easy to communicate with and responded to questions in a very timely manner. She explained procedures and expectations well and was responsive to our needs. The house itself was very nice, well decorated, comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and the furniture was nice and comfortable. The house was nicely decorated with a nice backyard and patio and spacious. Check-in and check-out was easy and explained well. All in all, our stay was pleasant and just as we had hoped. We were grateful that the host was happy to accommodate out pets. The best of the best!!

We are a travel volleyball club and book a lot of houses for our coaches. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed!!! They thought of everything! So many extras and super communicative hosts!

The house was clean and exactly like the online pictures. I appreciate the patio and backyard also being clean and free of cobwebs. The downside was there were no coffee pods for the Keurig in the morning but it was easily communicated by text and brought quickly. The freezer side of the refrigerator wasn’t working but there was a deep freeze provided with ice. We enjoyed our stay.
