Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Check in was easy. Not to far from beach strip. Although there was only one set of towels & no housekeeping we made the best of it!
Absolutely joke of a place. The stuffs are not speaking english and if you don’t speak Spanish good luck. We got there at 3.30 pm but it wasn’t ready. We waited for 1.5 hours to get our room. Electrical switch inside of the shower, linens/sheet are dirty and very old with holes. Our first night water was cut off. We waited two hours for take a shower. Very old hotel. I would never recommend in this hotel.

Overall very clean. Absolutely no amenities though. (No hairdryer, no more than 2 big towels, any sort of soap, toilet paper) We had to ask for toilet paper two days in a row to finally get some. No lobby staff around in evenings. AC worked but didn’t cool the room and there’s no fans in bed area so the air is hot and still. You can hear every noise coming from the outside. Overall convenient spot for walking to nearby places but it’s expensive to taxi to the main strip of resorts and beach clubs. You definitely get what you pay for here. Best thing about it was that it was clean.
- It was great nice and clean and private.
- Parking is on the street
- There's no laundry in the building even though its says that.
- Breakfast spot right under is amazing!
The staff was 10/10 very welcoming & good people. Ronda and her team have something really special going there. I’ll be staying again on my next visit to tulum
This was such a cute place to stay! The rooms are super clean and very cozy. We didn't have a TV (which is totally fine because we were on vacation) but the wifi was down, which was a bummer. Other than that, it's simple, clean, and perfect for your Tulum trip.
We enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The room rate was cheaper as compared to other hotels nearby. It was clean and it has a big cabinet to put all our things. The aircon worked well and we had good nights sleep. It is very basic, but for the price, we could not complain. The internet did not worked well inside our room and we have to go down to the lobby to check our emails and important updates. There was a problem with our reservation as we booked 1st night thru trivago expecting it to be on the beach but our reservation went to the Amansala Pueblo and not either on 2 other Amansala hotels which are on the beach side.
