A LARGE VILLA WITH OPEN CONCEPT DESIGN
Enjoy over 8,000 square feet of space all to yourselves, inside and outside, super comfortable 3 level villa. It’s ideal for big groups but as well super confurtable for small groups, as the villa gives you the chance to connect and be all together. The living area seamlessly flows into the dining area and onto the kitchen, with easy access to stunning outside spaces, so whether you’re preparing food, eating it or relaxing afterwards, you can do so as one happy and relaxed group.

THE LIVING AREA, KITCHEN & DINING AREA
If you’re planning on preparing meals for yourselves, the kitchen features all the appliances and space you’ll need, but why not get your hosts to arrange for a private chef to come in and do the food for you, while you all sit and wait at the large dining table or relax in the living area, watching the 75-inch TV?

The VIP treatment starts before you arrive, as when you book Casa Vida Team will send you detailed information about the villa, how to get here and all the luxurious services you can book. We also help you building your itinerary for your stay, booking all the places you want to see and restaurants and bars you want to visit. When you arrive, one of the team will show you around this impressive property and tell you about some of the things you can do in Tulum and the surrounding areas.

THE SPA ZONE
This is bound to be the most popular feature for many guests. The Steam Room lets you truly relax to the sounds of nature from the Tulum Jungle. There’s also an on-site ice plunge pool.

OUTSIDE SPACE
There’s another lounge area outside on the rooftop. Chances are you’ll all rush up here when you arrive to check out this amazing area of the villa. Who’ll be the first to dive into the infinity pool – one of the villa’s 2 pools? Beanbags and loungers give you places where you can dry off, relax and sunbathe, with a bar area ideal for preparing and enjoying cocktails during the afternoon and evenings. And be sure to catch the uninterrupted views of the stunning Tulum sunrises and sunsets, a great group photo moment every day of your stay. Three separate balconies give you yet more places to relax outside and take in the views.

6 BEDROOMS
You’re in for a real treat as all 6 bedrooms are beautifully presented and amazingly comfortable. 3 are Master kingsize rooms, the other 3 double queens, each with a private bathroom each. All beds feature mattresses and bedding of the highest quality. Some bedrooms have access to private balconies too, so you can wake up every morning and step out into the great outdoors. What a way to start the day!

The new room at the rear of the luxury villa is an elegant and modern space that blends comfort with sophistication. Large windows allow natural light to flood the room, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere with private views of the garden. It has an en-suite bathroom features a spacious shower with connection to back patio

7 BATHROOMS
You won’t be left waiting for long when you’re all preparing to go out for the day or evening, with no less than 7 bathrooms dotted around the 3 floors of the villa. Our luxury showers will be the place for you to freshen up, enojy and relax. Soft towels will be provided for all guests to use, along with toiletries.

PARKING
There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles at the villa. If you need more space, please park on the street without blocking other properties or driveways of course!

REMOTE WORKING
Free wifi is available across the villa for anyone who has work to do and/or wants to keep in touch with friends and family back home.

TELEVISIONS
If you’ve time to watch the TV during your stay, the main set in the lounge measures in at an impressive 75 inches. There are 5 other sets in some of the bedrooms, each with 65-inch screens, so you can watch movies or streaming services in real style.

SECURITY
The villa is located in one of the most popular and safe area, but just to make you feel extra snug at night, a security guard will be on duty to ensure you can all sleep soundly ready for whatever you’ve got planned tomorrow!

YOUR AVAILABILITY / GUEST ACCESS
The entire villa and its outside areas and parking spaces will be exclusively yours for the duration of your reservation. So make yourselves at home and lap up the luxury that’s offered in every room of the house. But please remember to take your shoes off before entering the villa!

The VIP Concierge service of Casa Vida can arrange pretty much everything you need, including transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation with driver to any places you want to visit around Tulum during your stay, including beach clubs and restaurants.

Casa Vida is located in Aldea Zama, one of the safest and most exclusive zones in the heart of the Tulum Jungle. It’s a great place to base yourselves for a group weekend away or longer vacation, especially if you want to be within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops.

The surroundings are beautiful and the beach just a 5 minute drive away, with Tulum town easy to reach on foot. Some of the places nearby that you might want to visit include:

· Campanella Coffee shop
· Zamanik (Night Club)
· Spider Sushi
· Fight Club (boxing)
With two parking spaces outside the villa and street parking available nearby, driving here is a great option. Once you are here, because so much is within easy reach, you can walk or cycle to many places, or get someone else to do the driving by getting our team to arrange transport to wherever you want to go. Car hire and scooter hire is also another option and usually works out cheaper than hiring cabs.

Taxis generally tend to charge more in Tulum and you may find a short taxi ride can be expensive
