Cozy Flat in La Veleta w/2 Pools and Yoga Nest

Excelent location in the heart of La Veleta, place has handpicked decoration with high end fourniture and appliances. Both the batroom & bedroom are spacious and perfect for 2 or 3 people. Fast & reliable optic fiber internet (great for HO) is available and private laudry room for longer stays. The Kitchen is fully equipped and the stove/oven works with gas. The flat is located in ground floor and not stairs need to be climbed.
The space
The flat is overall with plenty of space even though is 1BR only you won't feel at any point that you need extra space, during the mornings you will get a lot of sunligth and there is a lot of green in the area too.
Guest access
The Flat is located in la Veleta, a cozy neighborhood filled with bars and restaurants, all at walking distance, moving around by foot or bike is very easy and the kukulkan ST wich connects to the beach (10-20min drive) is just 2 blocks away. There's about 7 or 8 free parking spaces that you may use at your convinence, else you may park for free in the street.
Other things to note
Tulum is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, as a result there are occasional power outages all over the town, next to the building there is a recent construction site, there may be noise during working hours.

In Tulum Cellular network is usually saturated and poor quality. Make sure to plan ahead as internet access could be limited to Wi-Fi networks.
