1. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no illegal activity.
2. Please leave the home in the same condition as you receive it.
3. Damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
4. Do not put toilet paper down the toilets in Mexico (please use the waste bin)
5. Please turn off lights and AC when not in use.
6. A starter kit of supplies and toiletries such as toilet paper, soap etc is provided, after which guests must provide their own.
