Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Terrible! accommodation was a nightmare. there were cockroaches in the bed. after the lady had her money she didn't answer any more questions and was so rude. the pool is so dirty you can't go in. My whole body has mosquito bites, even if they close all the windows they can get through the door because it doesn't close to the top. There is no mosquito nest. the location and the roads are a disaster. I didn't feel good at all. except a rude service, better said no service at all, no cleaning, even the towels were all dirty. I definitely do not recommend booking here if a good time is important to you!
