Tulum is a bike-friendly town with bike paths and bike racks on main avenues, making it an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. If you plan to discover the town and visit the nearby cenotes, a bike or scooter will be your best companion.



However, if you're looking to explore destinations beyond Tulum, like Akumal, Valladolid, Bacalar, or other more distant cenotes, renting a car is the most practical option. It gives you the freedom to travel at your own pace and visit these incredible places comfortably.
