"Could stay again. With apartments just across the road from the station and ICA at the basement it can work for longer periods of stay as well. Would have liked more if they also provided cleaning products like dishwasher tablets / washing up liquid and washing machine liquids for longer (5+ days). Or might just get a small pack from ICA."

"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. "No one available on arrival to let me in and phone number on door didn’t work. Came back an hour later 18:00 and someone did answer the door. Advised wrong room and walking into occupied room. Back to reception for an alternative key/room. Shower head was broken so didn’t stay up. Not very good for showering. "
