Returning home I wanted to feel at home, I wanted the amenities Ive grown accustomed to living abroad like the hot and cold water and air condition but I wanted to be in a house where I could take in the beautiful landscape of Trinidad. The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and very willing to provide the necessary assistance. The shuttle service was accommodating and was not "rigid" in their delivery of service.

VERY NICE WELCOME BY OWNER. PLACE IS ACCESS OF A MAJOR HIGHWAY. LOVELY LOCATION, FLOWERS ETC. ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH BOTTLE WATER. JUST A NOTE THEY SHOULD PUT TO OR MORE LOCAL BEERS IN THE MINI FRIDGE AS A WELCOME. TRINIDAD LOCATION NICE, BEAUTIFULL AND SECURE.

Definitely enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was kind and super helpful. I enjoyed the on property dining options, great bar selection. Overall a great stay! Ms.Carla at the pool bar is the bomb!

Pax Guest House is the oldest guest house in Trinidad, built in 1916 by the Benedictine Monastery. It's located 800 feet above sea level and therefore is cooler temperature-wise than staying in town, because there are wonderful breezes. The rooms are very simple and have air conditioning. Very convenient and close to the airport

Nice hotel in a quiet location wit few fast food restaurants close by not far from major streets lik 4mins from airport staff is the 24hrs the day wit anything need place is clean only thing I didn’t lik was the noise durin the day lik they was workin on the room so it’s impossible to sleep after comin in from a long nite

Very homey. Located in a residential neighborhood 6min from the airport. 24h gas station convenience store 10min walk away. Street food trucks around there too. Sushi on the premises. Owner is very warm and friendly and accommodating. Note the complimentary airprt shuttle has been discontinued which was my only disappointment.

The entire experience was wonderful with extremely helpful staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. With access to nearby transportation which was convenient for traveling to most locations and with great shopping especially the mall and bank within walking distance made staying at the hotel a pleasure. Definitely recommend staying there

This hotel should be a 5 star Hotel, I have travel around the world and the quality of this hotel shock me because is beautiful, nice, spacious, comfortable but it has only a 3 star rating. I understand now why. The price for the food and drinks is ridicules pricy, is so horrible that you can buy three times food at the airport with what they charge for their food and drinks, also the food, is not tasty at all and for their price you expect a whole fulfilling meal, which is not. Swim up bar .. clean room . Helpful staff

The staff was really warm. The location was extremely convenient to the highway and priority bus route. The only issue was on the night before my flight, a party started to play at 1am and didn't finish until 6am. A heads up would have been nice. Otherwise, the stay was extremely pleasant.

Amazing ,simply put. My host and his family couldn’t have been more welcoming,warm, friendly and helpful. 10/10 My room was beautifully decorated and immaculate.Bathroom and shower stunning. The front desk staff were accommodating and knowledgeable regarding directions, restaurants and any other queries. I would highly recommend this gem in St James Thanks again to the amazing staff for making my stay so memorable ,after 42 years of being away, you made me feel at “ home”
