As a repeat guest at Adam Hotel, I have always appreciated the property, and I continue to be impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the excellent maintenance of the amenities.
However, I felt that the overall level of service during this stay did not quite align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Small touches that usually define the experience, such as a welcome drink upon arrival, were missing. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited compared to previous visits.
I hope to see these areas addressed, as they would significantly improve the guest experience and help bring the service back up to the high standard this hotel is capable of.
