Very well equipped apartment, 2 bedrooms, living room, guarded parking

  • My home is close to the beach of La Marsa, the banks of Lake Tunis.
    You will appreciate it for its comfort, its cleanliness, its clarity and also for calm.
    It has a surface of 120 m2, you will be comfortable there.
    It is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers and is also suitable for couples with small children.

    There is a caretaker in the residence.
    The particularity of the apartment is its proximity to the banks of the lake where you will find restaurants and tea rooms plus a very nice walk around the lake for those who like to walk or run.
    Also, it is located 15 minutes from Tunis Carthage airport.
