Beautifully finished 5-bedroom house on Kangaroo Run sleeps up to 11 people, perfect for a large family or two families. Escape the world in this lush bush setting with your own private fenced pool and grass area. There are two grand living areas one with a combustion fireplace, the other with a large flat screen tv and reverse cycle air conditioning. The master bedroom loft is accessible from the lounge area via a unique spiral staircase, once upstairs you will find a large bedroom with louvred windows to make the most of the sea breeze, a large walk-in robe and an extra large ensuite with twin basins.

Back downstairs on the mezzanine level, you will find the open plan kitchen dining area which is accessible to the patio by bi-folding doors to make your grand indoor space outdoor space.

Off the open plan dining area you will find the large shared bathroom with a generously sized spa bath, rain shower with a wall of glass out to a private garden the natural light in this bathroom is unmissable. Up a few stairs you will find the three remaining bedrooms, these rooms are serviced by a shower and basin.

Bring the boat, paddleboards, bikes, kayaks, etc, there is space for them all in the colossal lock up garage. It really is paradise on the Sapphire Coast.
