We had two suites. The air conditioning didn’t work until the day after we got there. We were told that this was city policy, they were ‘not allowed” to turn on the AC until a certain date. We were greeted at the door by Andrea, whose care was carried on by Pasquale - excellent service. Tatiana, at the front desk was equally efficient and gracious. The food service, after our first day anticipated our needs. Francesca led the breakfast service.
