The 85sqm apartment is located on the first floor with lift of an elegant building. It consists of a spacious living room with split AC with a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and a dining area. Kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave.
BEDROOM 1 of 20sqm: with double bed, split AC, wardrobe and internal bathroom with bidet and shower cubicle!
BEDROOM 2 of 20sqm: with two single beds possibly joined into a double, split AC and wardrobe.
Second bathroom with bidet and shower cubicle.
Additional services available to guests: balcony, unlimited WiFi, washing machine, independent heating, clothes horse, hairdryer and 40 '' TV in the living room.
PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation is located in the ZTL area

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Good apartment and well located.

Clean apartment, well located, decent beds. We just missed a few cleaning utensils like a sponge to wash the dishes, but furthermore it was all ok.

Excellent Location with nearby conveniences

The location was excellent, with many areas of the city within walking distance. The grocery store was just around the corner, as were a few restaurants and some cafes. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, in spite of being a main street. I do wish there had been recommendations or guidance on how the meal times worked in Italy or how things would be randomly open or closed, incongruent with Google information. Also, a guidebook on how to get a taxi for the airport, etc and other things that tourists should know to ease their logistical necessities. The location was generally clean but the guest should be prepared to get cleaning towels or sponges for the kitchen, extra toilet paper, etc. The bare minimum is supplied. I would recommend a way to darken the bedrooms at night. Strangely, the bedrooms were very dark during the day because the blinds are painted in fixed position - so to get light you have to open the windows. But at night, the bedrooms are bright due to the street lights and business lights. The customer service was a gem - easy to contact and responsive. We had no hot water - both on our first day and last day there. They were quick to get someone out to repair it.
