"Nice little hotel, just off the back of the resort. 10 mins walk to sea front.
Staff really friendly and helpful, and informative of the ares. Nothing any problem for them.
Turkish breakfast served freshly as we arrived each morning, adjusted slightly to our tastes."
"Reception team was outstanding-welcoming and ready to help. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast which was fresh and included amazing pastries. Hotel pool/beach were beautiful."
"Amazing stay with great pool and dock for swimming and relaxing , the staff was so incredible and helpful and the food was perfect this hotel is such good bang for buck as well thanks to all the staff for showing our kids a great time"
"Lovely stay while we joined our friends for a wedding in the area. It is family-owned and they are very helpful for any needs. Be sure to enjoy breakfast in the morning on the dock or dinner in the evening— the view is paradise! "
"Butik bir aile işletmesi. Temiz ve geniş odalar. Sadece oda kapısının komple sürgülü cam olması ve kilit mekanizmasının zayıf olması tedirgin ediyor. İskelesi ve yiyecek içecek çeşitleri yeterli. Yakındaki kulüpten gece geö saatlere kadar ses geliyor. Erken uyuyanlar için göz önünde bulundurulmalı."
"Please check your plates, glass cups and silverware everything is always dirty. The manager of the restaurant is very rude. Will not be going back to this place nor would i recommend it. "
"We were disappointed with our stay. The hotel did not provide drinkable water, which felt unreasonable given the heat—our only option was to purchase it from the mini fridge at a marked-up price. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite asking for it to be fixed, normal attempts to fix it were made. The front desk was often unattended, and when staffed, the service was unfriendly. They also advertise a shared social space with a bar, but during our stay, it was completely...
"Very bad experience. When we got there, the reception desk took a long time to find out reservation. Person at the desk didn’t speak ONE WORD of English.
Rooms are very very basic.
Only good thing is the location, close to the sea. "

Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s description."
"This is a beautiful property and I would say it’s a great place to stay but I don’t think the value is there. The rooms are poorly designed and the service in the dining areas was hit or miss. Don’t get me wrong, some staff were amazing. But not all. It was a problem to ask multiple times for the same item and it never arrived. The location is stunning. I would recommend if there weren’t other places of better value in the area. It is a place for the locals, and they treated us like that. If you speak Turkish, it will take you far here!"
"What a lovely time our family had in your hands. Your beautiful hotel and amazing staff made it hard for us to leave. Until next time, Mavi Suites. Fulya, we LOVE you! "
"This is a great place to stay to enjoy the Downtown of Turkbuku, a busy resort near Bodrum. The hotel had its own beach access which is very convenient. The restaurant at the hotel was of great quality with an excellent breakfast. There are many other dining options available with a short walk as well. The beach water quality was excellent and the place was so quiet-no wind at all as other parts in Aegean may be very windy."
"This is a nice hotel in the northern part of Bodrum. We stayed here 3 nights, and it was a 10 to 20 minute cab ride from every location. It is easy to get to Bodrum city from this location by taxi.
The breakfast is served in the reception area with a few tables nearby. There is also an outdoor sitting area and patio, both on the main and upper floor. There is a big swimming pool in front of all the rooms.
This hotel has a sister hotel (Madda) on the beach where they let us have access to a private patio with beds, restaurant and drink service. The water was pristine and it is worth the stay alone.
The owner(s) are very friendly and every time we saw them, they were very helpful in getting us change (break our bills) or offered to drive us to their sister hotel since they were headed there.
There are mosquitoes in this area so bug spray is highly recommended. You may also close the window in the bathroom to help.

"The hotel is there for the beach location but the beach is very small. The room had a partial ocean view but was somewhat cramped and basic. We paid about $340 per night. Don't expect luxury, a fluffy comforter, or even a clothes iron. It was generally quiet. Breakfast was not a buffet but we were able to choose how we wanted our eggs cooked. There was no lobby, just a counter in the office. WiFi was OK. "
