"The property was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and always aimed to please. The food was very good.
The beach staff, towel boys were stingy when I asked for an additional towel.
Food service was interesting in that every time I asked for an additional item, ie potatoes with my eggs, or blue cheese with my wings, it fell on deaf ears. The food would come and I’d make my request again and then have to wait 10-15 minutes for what I had originally asked for.
In advance, you asked what additional needs I had for my room. I shared this with you and when I arrived, again, I had to ask again to receive it. Seems like special requests were mostly ignored. That should not happen in a hotel of this caliber and price."
