"We've been to this resort multiple times. The property is always beautifully manicured and bright with flowers. The staff extremely friendly from the rum punch and cool towel greeting to the gentlemen at the towel hut and bar staff. We love an in room washer dryer, the cleaning women left extra towels id asked for. This resort is safe and the BEACH FRONT AMAZING!! We have tried less expensive ( awful) to higher end hotel down the beach but Royal West has been a consistent value and pleasure to stay at"

"The resort and people were amazing especially Ericka, Jane, and Sherry!!! Erika works at the boutique, Jane greets you for breakfast, and Sherry is usually at the swim bar. They make everything feel seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the rooms could use smart tvs for better television watching and they need outlets by the bed to allow technical device charging. I would definitly stay here again when going back to Turks & Caicos!"

"Only thing I did not like was not having access to the microwave after 10pm or looking for the security to allow access to the microwave. Besides that the staff, cleanliness, location. 10/15 min drive to all the local places all were wonderful. I definitely would stay here again"

"My husband and I choose Alexandra Resort as our destination for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better, more beautiful, well maintained or beyond friendly and helpful staff resort. Everything and I mean everything was fabulous! The staff go out of their way to ensure you are always happy and have what you need. It's not overcrowded or such a large resort that you feel overwhelmed. I have no complaints at all about the variety of food or service, and I can be a picky eater. We met so many wonderful resort staff that by the time we left 7 days later we knew each other personally by name. We also met so many great families who were also there on vacation and we all were saying the same thing we loved the resort and would be coming back to the Alexandra Resort. Shout out to Celine in guest services for making our honeymoon so memorable, Dericka at the excursion desk and her wonderful recommendations, Adrianna for always ensuring we had a dinner reservation when we needed one, and Caro and Rodnel for excellent pool side service and delicious drinks that flowed continously. We also visited the sister resort Blue Haven and loved the service there as well Shaq and Micah were the very best to ensure our luxury cabana experience was top notch. I apologize as I'm sure I've forgotten a few names, but as I said everyone provided suburb service! Many thanks to you all!!"
