"We had no lights in the bathroom, other than that it was okay. Good continental breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Room had mould around windows and bathroom shower screen. Shower head not cleaned as very rusted. Toilet was very loose and grime around where it’s had previous silicon around it. Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. Again not mine as it was pulled back into a bun. Reported to staff. Was assured someone would contact me. They never did. The wedding I was attending was good apart from spelling the newly wedded couples name incorrectly "

"Had a lovely stay. Breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order and arrived quickly.The leisure suite is a bit tired (jacuzzi was out of action, and looked like it had been for a while) however, this did not detract from the overall relaxed vibe of a charming old hotel. We would stay again."

"The room was presented exceptionally. Very clean and very comfortable. The staff in all areas were very welcoming and could not do enough to make the experience only better. The hotel is very family friendly. Highly recommended throughout! "
