"Hotel is nice but starting to wear. Cleaning staff missed some important steps in cleaning our room. Overall, great location and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast team were very friendly and accommodating."

"Good infrastructure. Housekeeping staff performance below standard. Towels were never replenished in one week stay. Floor mat was not even picked up. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Had to call housekeeping every night. Breakfast sausage was raw every morning. Nice location. "

"Its a cozy place, excellent host and beautiful property, It’s a little walk of Marua mall like 18 minutes. "

"We spent the month of Feb here. It was perfect for us to explore the city in the mornings and relax by the pool in the afternoons. Furniture was comfortable and all appliances worked well. We never did rent a car, as most of Windhoek’s sights were within a 20 min walk, and the grocery store and many restaurants were within a 10-min walk. Safe neighborhood. Lastly, you will never find a VRBO host as helpful and responsible as Franklin. Thanks for a great experience!"

"Convenient for a one-night stay - lots of dining options nearby. Check-in was confusing - map is outdated (named restaurant doesn’t exist) and we got two different codes sent for the luck box. Unit was clean and well-equipped. It’s not totally clear from the photos, but the toilets are in the bedrooms (no separate bathroom) so if you want privacy this isn’t ideal. The night we stayed the restaurant had an event so there was fairly loud music into the night. Outside the host’s control, but something to be aware of. "
