I really enjoyed my stay—friendly and helpful staff, even with my late arrival. I’d give 5 stars if the parking was better and there was a full-length mirror. Still, my overall experience was great and I’d definitely book again!

Incredibly weird room. Having the toilet and sink on one side of the bed and the shower on another is not practical. Would be great to have a door on the toilet. And not one area to put a shaving kit- o vanity space , shelf , hooks. Not even a place to hand a towel. Lots of windows up high means your room is flooded with light , not great if you are trying to sleep in. And although breakfast was delicious, it took over 30 minutes to arrive. The staff were friendly and professional, the best part of the stay.
Great property. Staff was gone when I arrived despite communication. Stuck outside for an hr. But the room is huge and breakfast was great. Nice little oasis. Not much around it.
This hotel is incredible! Don’t miss it when visiting Windhoek. Everything is just amazing from the rooms to the service, staff and food. The hospitality was beyond anything I ever experienced and the food in was outstanding! Really recommend everyone to stay here.

The staff here are just beyond amazing!
Takes such great care, very professional and all round just a pleasant stay.
They catered for all my needs, and always had a warm and welcoming smile. The area is safe, clean and easily accessible.
Nice hotel, Scandinavian style architecture, calming atmosphere.
Great breakfast, served to order in the café.
Very friendly staff. Large, well furnished and clean room.
Be aware, that there is no door to the toilet in the double room, and the bed is a little hard.
Modern property with a very clean, orderly "persona". The staff was very helpful and the food was great. We arrived in the evening, but they were waiting for us and were very welcoming. We needed a good dinner and a glass of wine and we got just that. Breakfast was lovely, too. It was very clear that the personnel were proud of the hotel and that efforts were made to offer excellent food and drink options. We had lovely wine at dinner and in the morning, I had one of the best eggs benedict dishes that I have had for a long time.
This is a fantastic place to put your roots to explore Windhoek. It seems to be 2 minutes from literally anywhere! Suite is big and unquestionable standard with seperate sitting and sleeping areas and a big peaceful terrace to enjoy the fresh air with morning coffee. Best of all was the staff and restaurant, freindly, not invasive atall, very professional and the food is some of the best in town, particularly breakfast, we dont recall such a well executed breakfast in all our travels. Highly reccomened and we will be back without doubt.

I have a mixed review for this property. If you decide to book, go directly to their website as they don’t get Expedia bookings accurately.
When we arrived to check in they weren’t expecting us. Luckily they have a room for us though they needed fo finalized with linens and such.
The suite is spacious and light filled with two TVs.
Trouble came later when I tried to go out after a rest and found our door was locked and we could not get it to open. My partner climbed out our main level balcony but was met with a tall wall. He hollered to neighbors and though someone answered it was unclear if they could help.
We tried the door multiple times and then later it opened.
We of course tried calling, emailing, WhatsApp the phone numbers listed on their website but no response.
When asked in the morning they said they do have a 24 hour number but they didn’t have any forms left cuz they weren’t expecting us.
Anyway, it was a bit stressful and I didn’t feel comfortable that there was no staff on site in case of emergencies like this one.
Otherwise it is a lovely modern looking place.
large clean room with a good layout, food was great on the patio. Would have liked to spend more time there as it nice overall vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had the wrong charger adapter and they provided one. Would definitely stay again
