"We’ve stayed here many times and always receive excellent service. I booked a room with a sofa just so we’d be more comfortable watching tv, but we were assigned a room on the first floor that did not have a sofa. Do the price difference from the original room was about $23. No big deal, but Expedia gave us a credit of $25 to use later. I think maybe the young man switched us to the first floor as a courtesy to us since we’re elderly. He prob thought it would be better for us."
"Expedia was who we booked through and the room was fine but they put us in a Handicap room even though they had plenty of other rooms ..and I always love the showers at Hampton Inns, and this was not a pleasant experience other than that it was great !! when you are handicapped I am sure it is nice, the staff and the room was overall great ! Just that flooding floor shower really ruined it for me !"
"No amenities. "European breakfast" was plain bagels, packaged muffins, yogurt. Broken juice machine. No coffee in the rooms, VERY dated furniture, and overall not worth the price."
"The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty.
I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross."
