The instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment itself were excellent. “Mountain views” meant views to the wall of a massive rock a few meters away. The apartment was clean and spacious. "This is a fantastic boutique hotel in the quaint walled city of Briones in the heart of La Rioja. The rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant has a fantastic menu and wine list offering many wines from smaller wineries not widely available in the US. My only regret is that I didn’t stay there longer! I’ll be back!"

"Wonderful place along the Camino, the owner is wonderful super lovely. The property is gorgeous and the view of the sunrise from the bedrooms is just perfect. The restaurant below is great as well, quite the varied menu for the size of the town. Breakfast is at whatever hour you require as the owner will ensure she is there when you tell her you’ll have breakfast. Truly one of the most incredible places along the Camino."

"Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!"
