-There is a fenced in backyard with a patio & charcoal grill
-There is a neighborhood playground
-There is a large kitchen, a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, and even an office area
-Southern Charmer is even pet friendly

This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

*Please be aware that when you book just the main house, and not the detached cottage, another guest OR the owner will occupy the cottage.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

The owner was very thoughtful with the decorations but the house needs a deep cleaning. Sticky floors, dirty walls and doors. It also smelled of urine. Lots of glade plug ins but what it really needed was some TLC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great for a big group. However, there are several things that need to be addressed and communicated up front. The house was dusty and dirty, the shower light was out. The guest bedroom had a blow up mattress and there was another family in the guest house. We should have been communicated these last two things.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very large house for the 13 of us. It was stocked with paper plates, cups, coffee and water etc. There was even a little snack basket. The only complaint was the mattresses in the 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. We are older adults who didn’t prefer to sleep on blow up mattress or a sunken in bed. A few of us have back problemsThe King bedroom was enormous with its own bathroom, and the bed was fine. I would invest in better bedding for the guest.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place needs quite a bit of touching up on the outside and the inside is better but needs a real deep clean. The owner stays in the cottage 10feet from the deck so privacy is limited. The blow up bed makes no sense and the deck furniture was too dirty to use. The management company did refund us enough to make it palatable but I would not rent this place unless it’s a last resort. It is an easy drive to the stadium and it could be nice with some TLC.
