On arrival the clerk was friendly but the motel was at least two decades past its need for renovation. Very basic place with adequate beds and noisy ac. That’s it. Can’t believe Wyndham allows its name and platform to be associated with this wayside overpriced hovel like place masquerading as an up to date basic motel for unsuspecting travelers.

Honest opinion, the hotel works great for a place to crash on a big game weekend. The staff was very friendly, but overall the hotel is nasty. The walls in our room hadn’t been cleaned in years, cigarette holes on our top sheets of the beds. The overall smell of the place was terrible. Water pressure was decent, beds weren’t bad but the overall experience was rough.

The room was as expected for a lower tier hotel. I have no complaints about the room. The "included" breakfast did not exist. The breakfast room was closed and locked. The pictures of this need to be removed from the Expedia discription. We heard that there was a brown bag consisting of a fruit cup and granola bar but never got one in a two night stay. We paid top dollar for this hotel on a date that the whole town was booked. I would have thought tey would have made an effort with the breakfast.

We stopped here on our way to gulf shores & the little boy at the desk was super friendly & accommodating! Our room was clean and nice! There was also breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was moved four times, and each room got worse than the last. The rooms were dirty, had roaches, and one even had burn holes in the sheets. Another had a filthy bathroom. When I went to the front desk at night, the employee acted like I was an inconvenience for asking to be moved. I even tried to leave, but they had already charged my card in full before check-in and put a hold on my credit, so I couldn’t just go somewhere else. There was also no manager on duty at night, which made no sense. The morning shift employee was the only helpful one — they finally placed us in a clean room. Unfortunately, I had to stay because of the credit hold. The manager later told me not to leave a review and said they’d contact me — they never did. Absolutely unacceptable experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
