Welcome to Crimson Retreat, a home designed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Here's a look at the spaces:



* **Open-Concept Living Area:** This spacious and modern area features an 85” Smart TV, perfect for entertainment. Relax on the sectional couch and enjoy meals at the island seating (4), kitchen table (4), or dining table (4).

* **Gourmet Kitchen:** Fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a Keurig (carafe & K-Cup). You'll find a blender, toaster, standing mixer, tea kettle, baking essentials, grilling utensils, and glassware.

* **Primary Suite:** Featuring a King bed, desk area, a 55" Samsung TV, and an ensuite bath with a tub and shower. Enjoy direct access to the private pool patio.

* **Bedroom 2:** Offers a Queen bed and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom.

* **Bedroom 3:** Includes 2 Twin beds and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom.

* **Bedroom 4:** Features a Queen bed with poolside views, also sharing the Jack & Jill bathroom.

* **Bathrooms:** Each bathroom is equipped with a makeup mirror and a blow dryer.

* **Laundry Room:** Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

* **Outdoor Oasis:** Enjoy a heated, 8-foot deep kidney-shaped pool, perfect for year-round swimming. The patio offers dining for 6 and 4 lounge chairs. A private pickleball court as well (with 4 paddles and 2 balls)! The backyard opens to a peaceful pasture with grazing cows.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house, excluding the garage, which is used for owner storage. Enjoy all the amenities and spaces this home has to offer!

Nestled in the heart of the Magnolia Park at Englewood neighborhood in Tuscaloosa, our home offers a tranquil retreat with easy access to everything. Enjoy the peace of tree-lined streets and a friendly community atmosphere. You're just a short drive from the excitement of The University of Alabama (about 17 minutes away), Bryant-Denny Stadium, and the vibrant downtown area. Explore a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants, and discover unique shops and convenient grocery stores nearby. It's the perfect blend of a quiet residential setting and the convenience of being close to all the action.



Other Things to Note:

Enjoy a perfectly heated pool—no extra fees. Pool heat is already included in your stay, keeping the water at around a comfortable 80°F. If you’d like it even warmer, we’re happy to accommodate. For an additional $50 per day, we can heat the pool beyond 80°F to your preferred temperature.



Please Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. We have a noise monitoring device outside that alerts both you and us if noise levels exceed acceptable limits. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely NO parties are permitted.

Additional guests beyond 4 are charged a per-person fee, similar to hotel pricing. To ensure accurate pricing, please confirm that your total guest count and dates are correct before completing your reservation. Reservations cancelled due to incorrect guest counts or overlooked pricing adjustments are subject to the standard cancellation policy.



Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as these fees are charged at the time of booking and are not returned in the event of a cancellation.
