"My daughter and I took a weekend trip to Niagara Falls, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Serene Niagara Inn. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our bed was extremely comfortable. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We loved having breakfast in the morning, and the inn's proximity to the falls was a definite plus. "I loved this place! It was clean and quiet, with great design taste that made you feel like you were living in the 1900s. Everything was beautiful and full of history. We stayed in the penthouse — it was spacious and stunning. The jacuzzi was amazing and made for such a relaxing experience. It’s also within walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

"the rooms are uncomfortably warm and incapable of cooling; same for lobby and i was forced to make alternative plans. they did not provide house car as promised. bell desk (San, Miles, Bobby) were marvelous though and they had suggestions about sightseeing and local transportation options and went out of their way to meet my needs. "we had a really nice stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Niagara Falls, ON overall. the location was a huge plus — it’s super close to the main roads and easy enough to walk to a lot of the attractions, which made getting around really convenient. the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, though it does feel a bit dated in some areas. nothing that ruined our stay, just something to note if you’re expecting something more modern. the only real issue we experienced was with a fire alarm during our stay. it ended up being a planned alarm, but guests weren’t notified ahead of time. at first, a housekeeper told us it was planned and that we didn’t need to go outside, but after about 10 minutes she came back and suggested we might want to leave since the fire department had arrived. when i called the front desk, they confirmed it was planned and said it would continue going off for another 15–20 minutes. typically, hotels notify guests in advance about scheduled alarms, so that was a bit frustrating and confusing. parking was also a bit pricey at $22 per night, which felt a little steep. aside from those things, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. great location and overall a solid option if you’re visiting niagara falls."
