"We love This Hotel, The Staff Are Wonderful And Great, Room's Are Clean And Fresh. The only Thing I Could recommend Is The WI-FI Could Be Better And The Heat/Air Conditioning. "

"The overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, with noticeable stains on the bathtub and wash basin, and the sofa bed was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. Room service staff were rude, which made the stay even worse. On top of that, there were unexpected hidden charges, including a $10 fee for flip-flops, which was not clearly communicated. I would not recommend staying here."
