"DO NOT stay at this hotel. They are housing long term residents and because of this there is a high presence of security guards. So many that I began questioning my own safety at this place. The fire alarm went off 3 times one evening because one of the residents were smoking inside. I frequently stay in Niagara Falls and I will never stay at this place again. If you are looking for a nice getaway, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. "

"Scott the Manager was exceptional! He made our stay comfortable and stress free. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and had a decent view. The lobby and dining area were clean and not crowded compared to other hotels in the area. I would recommend this property and I will be back."

"This was our first time staying here and were very inressed with our stay. The room was very comfortable and we love the feel of the building and rooms. Extremely quiet, we didnt hear a thing or people in the hallway. The breakfast in bed was a very nice touch and delicious. We will absolutely be back and stay at the Sterling Inn again."

"As always we had a wonderful visit, kids love the pool and the included breakfast helps us big families when travelling, one suggestion I might make is separating the waffle machine from the breakfast line MANY of us didn’t want waffles but had to wait in the extreme long line for breakfast because others were waiting for waffles I think it would really help the morning process run smoother perhaps put the waffle station on the other side by the microwave to break it up a bit, just a thought, thank you for your lovely accommodations we shall return in summer "
