"Very good staff. Clean room and hotel. Room was spacious. Double queen room was good for 5 people with an extra bed which is free. Parking was across the street which cost 35$. Internally connected to the hilton and casino. Onsite IHOP, KEG etc. We walked to the falls from the hotel and clifton hill. Long walk for elderly and small kids. Water and coffee maker in room was free."

"Our overall experience as a family was great. The hotel was directly connected to some great restaurants and hotels, and of course the water park which was a highlight of our trip. The buffet breakfast was incredible as well! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We did however have some minor issues with our toilet getting easily clogged and the heat in the bedroom not working efficiently. However the staff were quick and responsive to resolve the issues. Overall I would give it a 9/10. "

"We have stayed at the hotel a few times. The room was clean but a little dated. The location was great, only a 5-minute walk to the main strip. The staff were friendly. Check-in/out was quick and easy. The selection for the buffet breakfast was great! From what I remember, it was $14.99 per person. (Breakfast sausages, peameal bacon, boiled eggs, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, coffee, yogurt, some cereals, and some juice) We also got a free upgrade. Instead of a single queen bed, they gave us two queen beds and the room was bigger as well."

"The front desk and restaurant staff went above and beyond. The pool was very clorinated andnitnwould sting your eyes to be in thebpool or hot tub for more than a few mins. "

"Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner. "

"Property is well kept and the location is centrally located. The one negative was the parking . They charge $25 CAD for an open parking lot. The car next me was broken into. The hotel post notice signs regarding security issues with the lot. I think if you’re charging for parking, you should be accountable for security. "
