My fiancee and I had stayed at this bed and breakfast this past weekend. Within 15 minutes of our stay we had agreed this will be a bed and breakfast we will be visiting every year. Joyce and her husband were so helpful through our stay. They are very nice people and the kind of people you would love to have a conversation about. My fiancee is big into history and the background of different places so when I saw her face light up with joy it made me know this is exactly the place to stay at. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, friendly and well maintained spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Bedham Hall Bed & Breakfast and would absolutely stay here again. The location is ideal—we were able to walk to Niagara Falls with ease, never had to worry about moving our car, and felt completely safe. The nearby restaurants were just a short Uber ride away, making it easy to relax and enjoy the area without the hassle of driving. Joyce is truly the heart of this beautiful inn. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Her hospitality is warm, thoughtful, and authentic. The property itself is lovely, with beautifully maintained gardens full of colorful flowers that make the entire setting feel peaceful and inviting. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every amenity was of excellent quality. We left feeling well rested, refreshed, and almost as though we had spent a weekend at a retreat. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay! Joyce offers several delicious homemade options and is happy to accommodate personal preferences and dietary needs. It was such a treat to wake up to a home-cooked breakfast that we didn’t have to prepare ourselves.There is plenty of seating, whether you’re traveling with a group or simply enjoying a quiet breakfast as a couple. We wholeheartedly recommend Bedham Hall to anyone visiting the Niagara Falls area. What a beautiful Bed and Breakfast and wonderful owners. Joyce and John are great host and were pleasant and helpful in suggesting places to go. Location is close enough to the Falls but away from the busyness of the falls. A bus stop is close to take to a lot of the attractions.
