Wonderful stay! This B&B is 1 mile away from the touristy area. It’s a walkable distance and I value the peace and quiet location. The hosts were gracious and helpful. Cook to order breakfast was excellent. You can see the care that is put into it. I highly recommend this B&B.

Bedham Hall is beautiful - you’d be hard-pressed to find a more charming B&B. The location is ideal, minutes away from the falls yet serene with a small-town feel like something from a cozy holiday movie. Our suite and dining area were impeccable with an old-world aesthetic that fit the home perfectly. Amenities were modern and luxurious. Breakfast exceeded expectations - best eggs benny EVER accompanied by fresh fruit and a sweet treat made for a wonderful start to our day. But by far the best part of visiting Bedham Hall, and the reason we will surely return, is the exceptional host, Joyce. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family, and she went far above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. The service we received was unmatched and always delivered with warmth and class. This B&B made our anniversary weekend truly memorable and we can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding. But, the biggest highlight of the stay was the host Joyce. She was the most welcoming, friendly and happy host that we have ever had. She made us feel so welcome and like we were visiting family. Thank you Joyce.

What a beautiful Bed and Breakfast and wonderful owners. Joyce and John are great host and were pleasant and helpful in suggesting places to go. Location is close enough to the Falls but away from the busyness of the falls. A bus stop is close to take to a lot of the attractions.
