"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast provided offered a wide range of choice. Full English breakfast was very good. The accommodation was more than adequate and was spacious and freshly clean. The only criticism is the lack of a lift to the rooms. Having to carry travel luggage up the stairs and down again on check out, without staff assistance, could be difficult for some. "

"The property value for money is one of the best i've stayed in All of the staff have been really welcoming and friendly, in particular jose and satnam in the restaurant were great I liked the spa facilties and found them pleasant and relaxing Room is quite simple but ticks all the right boxes The hotel has numerous bars as well as the restaurant so there's no lacking there Really pleasant stay"

"Overall the property was very clean and well maintained and the staff was kind and helpful. Be aware that the location and size of the “courtyard” shown in the booking images were misleading. The location was tucked away on a very, very small corner of the property. The spa was closed for renovations during our stay as well. The restaurant, Marco’s, was a big disappointment for anything outside of breakfast. Our meal order was mixed up, my partner’s steak was overcooked, both steaks were bland, and the side dish offerings were slim. I would definitely stay at the hotel again just know that there aren’t many dining options within walking distance. "
