Hotel modesto.

Es un hotel que promueve la sustentabilidad, pero no la aplica al cien pues se desperdicia mucha agua para que salga caliente; para los que no estamos acostumbrados al clima de Tuxtla. La alberca mostraba mal aspecto le faltaba limpieza.

ES UNA DE LAS EMPRESAS QUE BUSCA EVADIR IMPUESTOS

fatal, no quisieron darnos factura, cuando por obligacion deben de darla, los denunciaremos ante el SAT para que les haga llegar la requision y los obligue a facturar cuando el cliente se los solicita. pesimo servicio.

Mala atención se reportó un incidente se les comunicó y bloquearon llaves impidiendo el cacareo con mis cosas adentro en vez de buscar una solución se pusieron en una actitud prepotente la gerente nunca quiso dar la cara para tratar de resolver o cuando menos explicar el porke el mal trato falta de respeto

En general es un hotel excelente, solo me gustaría sugerir que si no van a tener habitaciones con extensiones telefónicas, entonces, que mejore el servicio de WhatsApp en el caso del restaurante, ya que el servicio depende de una contadora en lugar de que este en el restaurante y tardan mucho en atender

Nueva administracion

Me gustaba mas cuando era el Quality Inn. Ahora ya no hay desayuno de cortesia. Tienen un problema con la fumigacion ya que habia moscos en la habitacion. La crema corporal del dispensador estaba ya aguada y con mal olor. Para la factura hay que insistir, te piden envies datos a un whatsapp que no contestan al momento ni confirman. Anteriormente ya te la tenian lista en el check out. Solo ocupo ese hotel por la cercania a donde trabajo, si hay una opcion mejor no dudaria en tomarla.
