"We stayed in a Jubilee Lodge for 9 days - 2 adults, plus our 5 year old and 1 year old. Everything was lovely before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The soft play, the pool, the games room, were all fun. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, the staff were so helpful. Morning walks on the beach were restoring for the soul. "Although an older property, cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none. Renovated super clean bathrooms. A no brainer if needing to catch an early/late connecting flight from Gold Coast airport. Only negative is the nasty cool white lighting (at least in our unit).. please consider changing to warm white bulbs!"

"Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away "

"Whilst searching for a Last minute booking of this property, the Wotif app defaulted to the 22nd of the month which in turn booked me in days after requiring accommodation. We arrived to check in only to find out the mistake. The staff, whilst lovely, took no ownership or giving much direction of options so we ended up cancelling our night away as everything was booked out. When contacted to get more details of refund was told they can’t do it because it’s through a third party. Wotif could...

"The bed was so comfortable, the shower was the best I've had staying in motels/hotels as I can remember back or ever as the pressure & shower head was perfect!! So water "leaking" from onto the floor too easy getting in & out without the risk of slipping."
