Absolutely loved this place! The room was spacious, stylish and clean. The pool area was my favourite! Everyone had space with the design of pool. The temperature was perfect. Can not wait to return!

Room was lovely and very clean. Beds were very comfortable Unfortunately upon arrival the receptionist wasn’t too engaged in a happy welcoming snd seemed very tired and over it. No doubt we all work hard and I’m in hospitality myself and always have to smile and give five star service regardless.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Brilliant chilled room, although smelt musky, and the bedroom air vent has black mould on it. Not sure what’s behind the vent. Beautiful layout and lovely outlook to the main pool area. The resort could use some money spent to just update broken or rundown areas. It could also use modernization in the bathrooms as well. Very odd to duck heads to get into the shower or toilet cubicle. Plus the silicone corking has gone old and orange with some black mould in the silastic. In its day it would have been impressive and top designed resort. Overall things noted above did not take away from our fabulous stay.

Amazing pools, one heated, nice breakfast buffet (should be included in the room rate though), and received a free upgrade to a larger room which was super spacious and had a little kitchen area.

There were renovations at the time we visited, I didn’t know there would be no bar (well a makeshift that couldn’t make a cocktail) and no dining facility. There were venues not far from the resort so it wasn’t hard to find food. Reception staff was lovely But extremely busy so that wait to was lengthy

After a booking problem on Expedia the room was sorted and it was a great room well Designed, Clean & Tidy with big balcony so sit back & relax. Its so worth getting the bigger room suites (60m2) as they just make it more a holiday than being cramped in a hotel size (20m2) room. The only reason for not 5 stars is the they need to keep the maintenance up as some things around the resort just not looking or working good. Yes I'm a tuff judge but if they want us again & again they will need to start lifting that aspect now.

Room was very small, no where to put 2 suitcases. Rooms could do with renovating, bathroom is tired, shower head very basic and tiles are a bit mouldy. Peppers are usually better quality rooms so was disappointing. The location is lovely in Salt Beach, the on-site restaurant doesn’t open every night but there are other restaurants across the road.

Excellent 4 night stay. Staff are polite and friendly, the hotel is clean and well maintained, the pool inviting, and the rooms were cozy with comfortable bed and couch. Very well appointed. The only thing I feel needs review is the bed duvet inner as it wasn’t big enough for the bed, and maybe an new extra blanket as the one in the cupboard had clearly seen better days. Saying that, I would definitely stay at Peppers again!
