"We weren't sure what to expect based on very limited photos and description of the room. We got the deluxe king room, and had no idea what we were going to get...but it was fantastic! So happily surprised from what I remember Aspen rooms being like 10 years ago. Our room was updated and very nice. Everything appeared to be clean. We were surprised to have a kitchen, a fireplace, and a balcony. Bed was comfy but too soft for my back-I woke up with a sore neck and back both mornings-but it was expected. We did hear other guests when they were outside our room, but not much at all from surrounding rooms. Lots of TV options and all the streaming services were available. Staff was okay. Front desk seemed nice but not overly friendly, chatty, or outgoing. In comparison with other hotels it was a noticeable difference. Staff at check out said that check in desk clerk didn't need to take additional deposit, but did anyways. It appeared they were training. I'm sure they'll have it down as they gain more experience. Parking was limited, and it's early in the season. On a Saturday night, our side parking lot was full. Minor complaint, the bottle to wash your hands-have it so you can remove it or add the option of a bar of soap. Overall, great stay. Our room was an excellent warm welcome at the end of each day of our trip. Would absolutely stay in that room again!!"

"Beautiful pool area and hot tub, although need to be let in from front desk which is slightly inconvenient. The free breakfast was amazing, all the food and coffee were great. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean but somewhat dated. Would definitely stay again, great price especially for the free breakfast and nice pool."
