"Ok, 24 hr coffee. My room was clean, everything worked, breakfast was ok but I usually left before it came out. 24hr coffee. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working - I was initially disappointed but the symposium I attended didn’t really give me the time to use one anyway. 24hr coffee. Pincher Creek isn’t that big so al the local shopping and dining options were not that far away. Just watch for the deer at dawn and dusk. Lots to do in the Pincher Creek area. It is a gem. Did I mention the 24hr coffee?"

"Rooms were recently renovated, including a new washroom and decent shower. The bed was good. The room seemed clean except the bathroom floor was sticky. The 'Breakfast' listed in it's description was a bag consisting of a muffin, some fruit item, yogurt, a breakfast bar and some juice, which was not what I was expecting."

"The cabin was very cute and decently clean. Our only issue was check in. Small, independent motels want you to patronize them but they do not want to offer the same customer service as large chains. Any time we ever go to a chain motel an hour earlier than check in time they always say let me see if your room is ready. 95% of the time it’s ready and we check in. Not this place. It’s a 4:00 check in time and they were not going to let us check in at 3:00 (which is usually standard check in time). When driving a ways to get to your destination, you don’t always hit their exact check in time. The worst part is they told us the lady wasn’t there to check us in. Land may still be out cleaning. When we came back after 4:00 to check in, it was one of ladies that told us the lady wasn’t there that ended up checked by us in. If you want people to use your small business, make it make it easier, super convenient and more customer friendly than the chains, not more difficult."
