Great place to stay. The property is immaculate and has a lovely garden area with a picnic table. Plenty of parking. The cute garages are a great place for sitting in the shade in the provided chairs or for letting young children play on a rainy day. Hopscotch anyone?
We had a problem with the TV when we arrived and late in the evening the staff walked us through the steps needed to get the streaming service reset and were ready to come back to do it if that hadnāt worked.

I had to travel to Hot Springs Arkansas to get my Passport and decided to stay at The Reserve, what a GREAT decision. Mark, Rhonda and everyone else were wonderful and so very helpful. The other reviews about the Breakfast were not lying, probably the best āhotelā breakfast ever!

Everyone was very nice. Our room was comfortable. The carpet in our room had some older stains on it, but the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice, but breakfast was a little disappointing. We were there for the sites, and it gave us a comfortable clean place to rest at night. We would stay there again.

This place is amazing. We stayed in Love Potion #9 room. It was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The grounds look like a botanical garden. The free breakfast (8-9:30) was fantastic. Great place for a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Do yourself a favor a book a room here!
