"We were stuck behind an accident on our way to Base Camp, and I was able to text the property to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until after 10 pm. The suite was just as pictured on the website, and we had everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings before heading our for the day. It was just what we needed."

"This house was a fantastic find for all of our needs while traveling to the UP. Don't let the exterior of the house fool you! The inside is renovated beautifully and it's so spacious! We were extremely impressed and also very comfortable. It was in a perfect location to go and explore several areas of the UP. We hope to stay again when we return to the UP. 2 tips for travelers - we forgot to bring our own coffee with us and had to run to the Dollar General to grab some. No big deal as it's very close to the house. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. The master bedroom does allow for some road noise so if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. I always have mine with me as my hubby is a snorer, so I slept great! I would definitely recommend this house!!"

"Great base for Keweenaw exploration. Beds and pillows comfy. Well thought out amenities, nothing was missing. Some noise from the trail, close to the house, but no noise during quiet hours. One of our best rentals ever, and we've had many. Don't look at the Google Street view image of the house, it's very outdated and from before the renovation...Cheers!"
