Surprisingly very clean room. Spacious enough for me and a bike. Bathroom spotless. Great location. I had an issue with check in but i think it was a rare tech issue and the human customer service was excellent. I'll stay here again.

The rooms was spotless, the beds were comfy, the pool and spa were perfect temperatures, and the breakfest (pre-ordered and delivered in to go bags) was large and varied.

This may have been my best stay at a hotel in years. The staff did not know that I had just traveled from my Father’s funeral and because the hotel was very quiet during my stay they had upgraded me to a beautiful room.
I started crying because they didn’t know how stressful my last 2 weeks had been along with delays in traveling. The room was spectacular and so quiet. I had more than I needed. Anytime I walked by the front desk, staff were always asking if I needed water or fresh amenities in...

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The check-in concierge, Paraj (sp?) and, especially, the morning clerk, Gary, were super helpful because I had lost both my cellphone and my wallet and credit and debit cards earlier on my journey, had a flat tire earlier in the day that I checked in to Rodeway and found I had a second flat tire the morning I was checking out with the one spare tire already on the wheel that had the first flat tire. With Gary's help, I was able to get a flatbed in...

Great place to stay and centrally located as well as across the street from the town's premier super-market. We will definitely be back to Aspen Square!

We arrived at the hotel after midnight and had to wait for security to check us in. Other than that our experience was truly outstanding. The website's do not do this hotel justice. Elegant rooms and amenities!

LOVE all the wonderful old ski memorabilia and the mountain pictures and posters. Easy walk to downtown for coffee and a beer. Mini kitchen is clean and plenty big. SUPER friendly office staff and excellent morning coffee. I love this place. A true classic in every sense of the word.

What an absolute gem! We loved this historic hotel, and were appreciative of the very helpful staff. The unique room was full of charm, and the shared space at the end of the hallway was well thought. The café on the first floor was great with original era decorative touches, and a great view out the back.

We had a fantastic stay at the White Elephant Hotel in Aspen. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The hotel bar was another highlight, with a great setting to unwind after a day exploring Aspen. The location was also perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would absolutely stay...

Hotel was great! Fabulous location right in the middle of town. Jacuzzi on the roof with spectacular view. Free continental breakfast with these great breakfast burritos. We thought the room was cozy and had a fridge for leftovers to store. It's not the Little Nell, but a fraction of the price. For us it was totally worth it for the price. Will stay there again.
