"The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. The steps up to the condo are not easy but well worth it. The patio is sort of shared and we didn't see anyone else on it until the morning we were leaving. People seem to have a relaxed vibe on the island so it didn't bother us. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and you can crack the window in the bedroom to hear the sounds of the waves. "Rich is amazing host! Had contact with me made the check in very easy! The golf cart is such a great bonus to staying here! The place is fantastic amazing ocean view lots of space nicely stocked very clean! After the day’s celebrating at the wine mixer it was such a nice place to come home to and relax. I highly recommend staying here we would choose this again!"

"There is a lot to love about this Hamilton Cove property. Being in the upper ocean side there is terrific privacy and no golf cart noise. However- there are also over 90 steps to the property. The kitchen has higher end appliances but not a lot of room to cook with others and the grill is old and not very functional and there are only 4 plates. "Amazing place to stay! The views were beautiful. White buildings with clay roof tiles. These houses are built on the hillside and it looks like you’re out in Greece! The property has a private beach, mini golf course, tennis courts, gym, pool and spa for all the residents/ renters all with a ocean view.
