Castaway Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage centrally located, just a short stroll from Tybee's mid-island beach on Jones Avenue. You will feel right at home in this bright, family-friendly home that has been completely renovated and is a perfect spot for a Tybee Island getaway.

The raised cottage offers an open plan living, kitchen, and dining areas that are bright and welcoming with a sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 4. The second floor is home to 2 bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen bed, and both have smart TVs. One shared bathroom features a shower-tub combination. The brand-new bathroom features a walk-in shower and dual sink.

Below the house is a screened porch. This great gathering space is perfect for dining and entertaining, with a gas grill for cook-outs, and a great dining table that seats 6. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a fire-pit to gather around for evening enjoyment.

There is off-street parking for 4 vehicles.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
