Rooms dirty, all hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner were empty. room was smelly, unable to access beach due to film production. Loud most of night due to film production. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. the check in staff we nice, the check out staff didn't care at all....

The rooms are clean and spacious. One building is newer than the other so some rooms are a bit dated. There’s a pool and a sunroom to enjoy the beach view while sheltering from the wind. Royal Palms Motel
The Comfort Suite was okay for a nights stay. One of our televisions did not work and the door to the outside was not sealed around the sides; there was also a hole at the top that led to the outside. I feel the price we paid for a night was not worth it. I did like the retro fridge.

Sea And Breeze Hotel And Condo
The place needs a major upgrade of the structure!! Stairs and beams have rust holes as big as 6 inches ! Plus no proper working toilet!! Told night person, they looked at it and said ( can't do anything until the morning! But for me to tell day crew! I did they came looked at it and never saw them ...

Admiral's Inn on Tybee Island
Great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. A block, if that away from the beach! I will visit again.
