"Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. "Bad stay - the host did not send me check in details on the day of check in so I had to chase her up and she didn't even apologise for the hassle. One of the mattresses is so uncomfortable, you can Feel the springs. If you travel as 2 the host locks the bedroom doors for 1 room, is there any need? "We arrived at the property to find the property not the one in the pictures we found. The listing had 3 bedrooms but we only discovered 2 bedrooms one with two beds and one with a double bed. We still expected a seperate room each. I had tried to communicate with the host weeks before the stay and was getting no response on VRBO so I had to text message to which I got a reply. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. The neighbourhood wasn’t the best and it was very difficult to find a car park...

"The beds were extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and warm. I would recommend that more blinds or curtains are placed on windows (upstairs hallway, bathroom) and some plumbing fixtures need attention (bath, downstairs toilet flush). Also, I was taken by surprise by the constant visitors in the back garden, where clean sheets for other houses are stored. They would let themselves in, without notice, right outside the patio doors....
