"Hotel seemed old. Some updates needed."

"When we arrived, there was a young man cleaning all the common areas. It was very impressive. The front desk clerk was rather slow and it took quite a while to get checked in. The elevator needed a sweeping and mopping. Probably a forgotten area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There were a lot of choices. The location was great in relation to the airport and it was easy to return the car to the airport. They were also very gracious by allowing us a later check in. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Tracy was amazing from the start of checkin. Her welcoming attitude is what made us so at ease from the door. Every single staff member including house keeping housekeeping were juat amazing. The decor is AMAZING, The Bluetooth mirror is the bathroom......atmosphere was very SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY. That restaurant inside the is A1. Rooms look and feel freshly made up. Very thing was just on point. No to mention walkable to arenas. "
