"Le Manoir Stonehaven est tout simplement superbe. Le grand spa extérieur est fabuleux, encore plus magique entouré de neige. Mais au-delà du décor et des installations, c’est surtout le service exceptionnel de Maxime et Caroline à la réception qui fait toute la différence et rend l’expérience réellement digne d’un Relais & Châteaux. On sent que plusieurs membres du personnel sont nouveaux et parfois un peu perdus, mais Maxime et Caroline sauvent la donne : attentionnés, efficaces, chaleureux, et toujours prêts à trouver une solution. "

"Check in was very easy ( as long as you speak some French) and the room was really clean and quaint. I loved the hot tub in the room. The only thing I might add is there should be a rule about no hot tubbing after 11 pm. The people upstairs enjoyed their hot tub at 2am and kept me up. But over all very nice and safe for a young person travelling alone. "
