"This just what we wanted. This is a great location and the management company is very proffesional. They advertised 3 nearly identical units, but the pictures of the unit we booked did not match to the unit. It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit."

"When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner."

"The walkability of the hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff is great. We loved DeShawn. The grounds are so pretty. Our particular suite was NOT in great condition. The tp holder was torn off the wall with a hole in the drywall. he blinds in the family room were broken. It looked like someone had had a party in there. I am still waiting to hear about some type of compensation."

"We are originally from the area and were in town to visit family for the holidays. We were in unit a corner unit on the sixth floor. It unit was nice, clean, minimally furnished, and had only 2 seats at the kitchen counter (no table and chairs). Good thing our son wasn't with us. Unlike what it states on the back of the door, it does NOT automatically lock. You need to hold the FOB to the lock. Good thing we check the first time we went out. Overall, a nice stay although I wish the unit pictured...
