Ein fantastisches Haus zum Übernachten! Sehr zu empfehlen. Das obere Etagenbett verfügt über keinen Tor-/Ausfallschutz. Es war ein Campingbett vorhanden.

Schönes, geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gut geeignet für 8 Personen. Gut zu wissen, dass 3 Schlafzimmer über ein Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer über ein Etagenbett verfügen.

Mängel: Gartentisch und Bank waren fest verbunden für ältere Menschen sehr unvorteilhaft und unbequem. Gartenstühle waren auch vorhanden aber ohne passenden Tisch.Liegen gab es leider nicht. Der Fernseher hatte keine deutschen Sender.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen am Deich. Die Möbel waren soweit in Ordnung. Die Betten durchaus bequem. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Tote Mücken an den Wänden. Überall Spinnenweben. In Toilette und Badezimmer waren alle Handtuchhalter lose oder garnicht vorhanden. Eck-Ablagen aus Glas, ebenfalls lose. Die Küchenausstattung war mehr als dürftig. Es gab nicht ein scharfes Messer. Die Pfannen waren angebrannt oder der Griff lose. Der Mikrowellen Ofen war auch nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein richtiger Backofen war nicht vorhanden. Für den Preis erwartet man durchaus etwas mehr.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, Sauberkeit in Ordnung, Kleinigkeiten wie lockere Griffe an Bratpfannen sollten einfach abzustellen sein. Nervig ist, das es Lichtschalter gibt, die keine Funktion haben weil anscheinend die Lampen entfernt wurden. Die Bedienungsanleitungen sind nicht wirklich hilfreich. Es ist uns nicht gelungen die Heizkörper im Obergeschoss zum Laufen zu bekommen. Die Internetanbindung ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Sie ist langsam und es kommt immer wieder zu kurzen Ausfällen. Die Fernbedienung für die Heizung ist Notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert worden. Die Lage ist sehr schön für einen ruhigen Urlaub.

Endroit très calme, le jardin et la plaine de jeux ont été très appréciés par les enfants, jolies petites villes dans les environs, idéal pour la promenade. 2 petites remarques ; - le lit superposé du haut n'a pas de barrière sur le côté, nous avons donc préféré mettre le matelas à terre pour éviter une chute. - l'alarme incendie du haut s'est déclenchée sans raison à 4h30 une nuit ( problème de pile?)

Perfecte locatie aan de dijk, waar je overheen kan wandelen tussen de schapen. Tevens alle rust die het buitengebied te bieden heeft. Huisje zag er schoon, modern en fris uit. Het huisje is ruim opgezet, wat erg prettig is wanneer je er met een groep verblijft. Op 25 minuten met de auto van Leeuwarden. Dus een fijne uitgangslocatie voor als je de stad wil bezoeken.

Beautiful house close to the sea. Real quite and able to enjoy the country side. Nice garden with bbq we used almost every day. Tip; butcher Emile Terpstra has real good meat.

Ons verblijf was meer dat goed. Wij hebben met een gezelschap van 7 personen en een hond echt genoten van de omgeving en het prachtige huis. Bij aankomst voelde alles al heet prettig en gezellig door het contact met de vriendelijke gastvrouw. De kachel stond zelfs al aan en alles was heel erg netjes. Wij raden dit verblijf dan ook zeker aan bij andere en komen zeker nog graag een keer terug.

Fraai gelegen, ruime en goed ingerichte woning met een mooie historische ligging in de voormalige vissersenclave 'Koehoal'. De schilderachtige en historische stadjes Franeker en Harlingen op 10 minuten rijden; Leeuwarden in 20 minuten. Heerlijk om uit huis direct de dijk op te lopen en te genieten van de ruimte, de rust en de vogels op de Waddenzee.

Zeer mooi huis dat heel correct weergegeven is op de foto's. Ruim en schoon. Voorzien van alle gemak, inclusief keukengerei. Het huis ligt pal aan de dijk en binnen een minuut vanuit het huis sta je op de dijk om van het prachtige uitzicht op de Waddenzee te genieten. Koehool is een klein gehuchtje. Een bakker zit in Tzumarum, de supermarkt Coop op ongeveer 5 km.

Mooi, ruim huis met een grote tuin en speelweide. Alles schoon en netjes. Ligging is mooi aan de dijk. Bedden zijn fijn, enige nadeel dat de waterdruk niet zo hoog was. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien voor een fijn verblijf! Ik zou er zeker nog een keer terug gaan.

Het was een heerlijk huis. Ruim en comfortabel. Lekker vrij, heerlijke tuin. Mooie badkamer en keuken. Het was niet helemaal schoon. Men waren wat vies en in de nok van de kamer zat veel spinrag. De lamp boven de tafel was kapot en er ontbrak 1 lamp.

Erg mooi huis, mooi gelegen, fijne bedden, dicht bij de zee met uitzicht op meerdere waddeneilanden en een royale tuin. Daarnaast leuke omgeving met een aantal leuke dorpen/steden op korte rijafstand. Als klein aandachtspunt zou ik willen adviseren om stabielere parkeerplekken te maken in verband met zachte bodem.
