"Another great stay. Everything was clean and I love the free breakfast so that I don’t have to think about what to eat or where to go in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet."

"The hot tub was not that clean and there were rocks in the bottom of it. Did not look like the picture. There were no arcade games, just old board games. There was no reclining couch in the "game room" There was a Play Station 4 but couldn't play it without the hosts password. The only channels you have access to are local tv channels unless you have your own accounts for premium channels, then it takes forever to sign in! The neighborhood is very run down! We were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen! I must say the description and the pictures in the post definitely make it look bigger than it is. It was also bad weather so having to stay in the house with my grandkids was pretty boring! Kind of disappointing."

"Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Colorado Springs. The neighborhood has some great history and is so close to all the great downtown destinations. The house has a really cool vibe and has been restored to maintain the integrity of the architectural style. There’s plenty of space to spread out, and to gather for meals and movies and games. The hot tub felt great on the cool nights after hikes in the incredible outdoor surroundings. We all slept great, and my husband and I both gave the coffee and coffee maker two thumbs up . When we get back to Colorado, we hope there is availability on East Boulder Street again! "

"Great staff and helpful people. Room we had was sort of the typical “old hotel trying to stay relevant on a budget”, so it is nice enough, but has old beds and creaky old furniture and odd layouts. We stayed there for an event at the World Arena and would stay there again."

"Overall a decent place especially if you need 4 bedrooms. The positives included very comfortable beds, TV’s in every bedroom, a big backyard and plenty of room. We did have an issue with the back yard as it had gaps toward the ground where are Shih Tzu could escape so we covered the gaps. You could only enter the yard by going out the front door so we couldn’t leave our dog there and still keep an eye on her. The primary bedroom was upstairs but no upstairs bathroom. Also 2 bottles of laundry detergent were both empty. Communicating was excellent and location was fine."

"This was a one night stay while we attended an event at th Broadmore World Event Center. What a cool, unique hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Great bed! We had dinner at the restaurant here and we were very happy with the food. I liked the enter a code lock for the room and the hotel door after hours. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I will recommend this place."

"I spent a relaxing evening, hotel is quiet at night. It has a small kitchen. Staff was wonderful, lady that checked me in was a Gem of a person. She answered every question I had n made me feel welcomed."

"Highly recommend if you need to stay close to the Olympic Training Center. It is conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and the host was responsive. I had to change my dates from my original booking, due to the dates of the event changing, and it was done quickly. Will definitely stay here again."
