"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. The only issue was the pullout couch bed was like laying on bare springs. Someone had to sleep on the couch downstairs and it wasn’t very comfortable for him. My suggestion would be to replace it with a nice comfortable mattress or do not advertise that as a sleeping option. We enjoyed feeding the horse and the owner was very kind."

"We loved our week here. Although it rained a lot, we enjoyed having 2 covered decks and the front porch! Justin and Gennifer are great hosts and quickly responded to our questions. Mini golf was fun to play with our granddaughter."

"The cabin is cozy and quaint. Definitely only for a couple or single person. Location was central to Cosby, Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Denise was great on communicating the PIN for opening the cabin door.I found the cabin to be super clean with a modern galley kitchen and appliances. It has a small deck that overlooks a tiny creek; sounds from the water are pleasant. I didn't use the hot tub or wood-burning fireplace because I was on the go most of the time. I really enjoyed the comfy electric recliners in front of the fireplace and HD streamingThe host supplied excellent "Welcome" information in a spiral notebook--the best I've ever seen on local restaurants, activities like zip-lining and white water rafting. Great detailed info for hikers, too!The driveway is steep so if you're planning a visit you might want to come when there's a minimal chance of snow and ice.Overall, I had a super time and I'd stay there again in the future. Great place and value!"
