"We loved this resort, it was beautiful, clean and in a great location. It was fun to watch the huge boats pass Shelter Island, walk in the sun along the waters edge, and relax in the gardens & by the pool. We will definitely be back. Point Loma is a great spot between downtown and the beaches."

"It’s a Best Western…. It’s not The Four Seasons. If you understand what that means, and you’re okay without TFS extras, it’s 5 stars. The area was walkable to restaurants and marina front strolls safely strolled 4 nights in a row by 55+ couple we are. Close to downtown, we rode our e-bikes to Gaslamp in the day and the went back for dinner for $13 bucks in an uber. Want affordable SanDiego base for a getaway, it works well. "

"Really clean rooms and excellent staff. We had an issue with the AC not working but the staff was extremely prompt to try and fix the issue and ultimately move us to a new room at night. "
